Barry Biggins and Biggins Lace are not connected. Vivienne from Biggins Lace remembers:
Barry got in touch with us. We chatted about our business being called Biggins. He asked if we would make him a bobbin to paint. He wanted to paint a Biggins bobbin with a Biggins design! Iain made him a cow and calf. I have his bobbins with my grandchildren’s names and DOB.
