Stuart & Debbie Spencer
Stuart's bobbins have a distinctive squashed onion head with a tulip flute top. The examples that we have seen have two different tails; an oval drop and a typical 'nipple' tail.
Based in Penzance, Cornwall, Stuart turned black and white bobbins, pictured (and head detail) which, when viewed from the head, show the Cornish 'St Pirin's Flag' Bobbin (Thank you to Carole Morris for this info).
They also offered painted bobbins (which we do not have examples of yet) which were painted by Debbie (initialled DS) and general supplies.
